We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and creative Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our growth and that of our clients. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies and launching campaigns to generate inbound and outbound leads for our digital business and increase the value we provide to our clients. You’ll monitor and analyze KPIs, run performance campaigns on different channels, and create content for our website, podcast, newsletter, and social media channels. Ideally, you bring experience in performance marketing on the most important paid channels (i.e. Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook) and are an expert in marketing automation, CMS such us (Wordpress, Webflow, etc) and CRM

Responsibility

  • Create, launch, and optimize the end-to-end execution of campaigns for performance marketing, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Monitor, measure, and experiment to hit our customer acquisition and retention goals and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with our designers to develop high-converting marketing content and creatives
  • Define, test, and evaluate acquisition channels
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics (e.g. CPL, CAC, CTR) as well as prepare and present reports to the management team.
  • Create landing pages and content for our website
  • Identify target audiences and buyer personas to maximize results
  • Manage the planning, budgeting, and KPI-reporting for the marketing department
  • Enable the Sales team for Lead Acquisitions, Communications and Deals conversions

Your qualification

  • Experience successfully running paid acquisition campaigns on channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more
  • Solid mastery of English, especially for writing/copywriting
  • Expertise with marketing automation, attribution models, and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRMs: Hubspot, Zoho One, Pipedrive
  • Excellent communication, team skills and leadership skills
  • Experience structuring, running, and evaluating growth marketing experiments at B2B, B2C companies
  • Previous experiences in a startups or scaleups
