01 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BERLIN

Job Description:

 

We are looking for an smart, creative, and driven Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience. If you like aiming high, reaching your targets, and rock at establishing an valuable and authentic relationships with people, that’s your opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads

  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and execute against metrics and milestones to drive growth and revenue.

  • Support executive-level contacts with key clients, including QBRs and CEO/COO level meetings.

  • Support Managing Director in negotiations

 

Profile:

 

  • University degree

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales/business development.

02 MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – BERLIN/REMOTE

Job Description

 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven, and autonomous Management Consulting Associate with 2-3 years of business consulting experience. The role involves market research, strategy development, strategy implementation support, reports preparation, and client relationship management, among others.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze clients’ documents and rapidly build diagnostic using a variety of consulting frameworks and tools

  • Work directly with our clients to analyze and solve their strategic and operational issues specifically related to customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and international growth

  • Respond to clients’ questions by emails and/or phone/Skype

  • Participate in regular strategy and operational calls with clients

  • Build business dashboards and monitor KPIs for the clients

  • Conduct market research and succinctly present your findings orally or in writing

 

Profile:

 

  • Master’s degree in business administration, business economics, computer science, marketing or a combination of relevant experience.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting with a focus on one or a combination of the following: digital strategy, mobile/e-commerce, analytics, international business for startups, small businesses, or larger corporations.

  • Fun with a high level of entrepreneurship and autonomy

  • Solid conceptual and analytical skills

  • Good social and communication skills

  • Fluent in both German and English and have excellent communication & presentation skills (spoken and written)

  • Proven experience in liaising with clients

  • Team player
